Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EXAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE. EXAMCET 2017 will be the gateway to engineering, agriculture and medical courses offered by diverse colleges in AP state. It is a state level examination and will be held separate to the recently divided Telangana state for the year 2017.

Meduim of Language will be English or Telugu. Candidates opting to write EXAMCET 2017 in Urdu must appear for the exam at Hyderabad only. Applicants will be tested in three subjects namely Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. EXAMCET 2015 will comprise of 160 questions in total, 80 questions of Mathematics, 40 questions of Physics and 40 questions of Chemistry. All questions in EXAMCET 2017 will be Multiple Choice Questions carrying one mark each. The duration of the Exam of EXAMCET 2017 will be 3 hours.
Andhra Pradesh, provided that candidates who have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern)with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional along with the bridge course examination in Mathematics conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh shall also be eligible for the Bio-Technology course. Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2.
Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders. Aspirants should belong to the state of Telangana (Andhra Pradesh). The candidates should satisfy local / non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana (AndhraPradesh).
