University Grants Commission (UGC) has notified that the seat of Deputy Director will soon get vacant. The post is on deputation basis (Foreign Service) initially for one year in New Delhi.
According to the information by Deputy Secretary Dr Ajay Kumar Khanduri of the Commission, the seat would fall vacant with effect from November 1, 2018, because of the retirement of the present incumbent.
The candidates who are willing to apply for UGC Recruitment must do so before November 24, 2018.
How to check the notification?
The maximum age limit of the candidates for UGC appointment by deputation for this post should not exceed 56 years as on the last date submission of applications.
The candidate who will be selected for UGC will get Rs 67,700- Rs 2,08,700 as his or her salary.
Note: The applications should reach in UGC's office within sixty days of the official advertisement.
