OJEE 2017 is a state-level entrance exam conducted by state government of Odisha. Odisha Joint Entrance Examination or OJEE is conducted for admission to first year degree programs in Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Planning, and Integrated MBA. OJEE is also conducted for lateral entry to engineering, pharmacy, and MCA programs and PG programs such as M.Tech., M.Arch., M.Pharma. etc.
Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Board will update the exam dates on the official website soon. The application process for OJEE is expected to begin in February 2017. Candidates have to register and fill the OJEE application form by providing necessary details and uploading the required images. The OJEE Application form must be submitted before the last date after payment of application fee.
OJEE 2017 is an offline exam conducted in different sessions and slots for different courses. The exam consists of multiple choice questions in English language. The number of questions and syllabus varies for different courses. For every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded while 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
OJEE 2017 result is expected to be declared in May 2017. After the merit list is out, qualified candidates have to register for OJEE Counselling. The registration for OJEE counselling will begin by the end of June 2017.

OJEE 2017 Application Process is an online process. The OJEE Registration begins from February 05, 2017 and continues till March 22, 2017. The OJEE 2017 Application Form is different for each course.
The Application Process for OJEE 2017 involves four steps primarily - Registration and Form Filling, Uploading Images, Fee Payment and Submission. Candidates must have a valid email ID and mobile number before starting the registration process as all the official communication will be sent to the registered ID and mobile number.
OJEE 2017 is a pen and paper based examination to be conducted on May 8, 2017. The exam will be conducted in three different shifts and the allotment of shifts would be based on the type of courses opted by the candidate. The OJEE 2017 would be conducted in English language only. It is necessary for candidates to go through OJEE Exam Pattern carefully to identify the important sections and understand the scoring pattern. The total number of questions depend upon the course opted by the candidate.
A candidate has to appear in two exam slots of OJEE 2017, depending upon the courses. The exam sessions are divided into 1 hour and two hours session. All the questions in OJEE 2017 are in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Format. All the questions carry four marks each while there is a negative marking of one mark for every incorrect response.

Candidates applying for UG courses through OJEE 2017 have to satisfy the OJEE 2017 Eligibility as per the course applied. As per the OJEE Eligibility for UG courses, the candidate must pass the 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent to apply for OJEE 2017.
The educational qualification for PG courses through OJEE 2017 is a Bachelor’s Degree from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
The minimum academic qualification for any lateral entry program is clearing a three year diploma from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
Candidates appearing for any of the qualifying examination in 2017 is also eligible to apply for OJEE 2017. Lower age limit for OJEE 2017 is 18 years and the upper age limit is 25 years.
